Building service-oriented government reflects our people-oriented concept ofgovernance,public services provided by local governments reflects the harmoniousrelationship between the government and the public,they can conducive to thedevelopment of society healthy and orderly.The Eighteenth National Congress of theCommunist Party of China specified service-oriented government which could havethe standards and objectives of scientific functions,optimized structure,honest,highly active and satisfaction.In recent years,scholars widespread concerns all sectors of public servicesatisfaction,and created a variety of different analytic perspectives and evaluationmethods.Public services provided by local governments close to the people,directresponse to the public’s needs and expectations.So in this context, this article researchon public service of local government satisfaction problems.And drawing on customerperceived value theory,this article analyses perceived value of public consisting ofconnotation,characteristic and driving factors.It constructs of public service in localgovernment satisfaction model by public perceived value.According to the model itset satisfaction index system and questionnaire,With SPSS software this articleanalyses reliability,effectiveness and index of questionnaire.It starts a new researchideas.Based on the investigation of five cities,like Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province,measurement and analysis of public services provided by local governments by wayof evidence of satisfactory,and indeed the indicators of questionnaire through theperspective of the public perceived value.According to the survey results we cananalyze problems in the public service provided by local governments,and give thecountermeasures and suggestions for this questions.
