To effectively solve theagriculture problems is an important step to build the harmonious society. One of the keysteps is the efficiency of rural public product supply problems. It is directly related to thevital interests of the farmers, and we need to solve it. The article researches on theefficiency of rural public product supply problems and influence factors, and put forwardthe measures. From improving the system of government powers, adjusting the category offinancial support agriculture and improving the legal system to improve the public financesystem; From improving the supply main body mechanism, the demand expressionmechanism and the supply decision-making mechanism to optimize the supply mechanism;From the people’s congress, the peasants and the social public opinion aspects to build thecomplete supervision system.
