On-post Education, which is raised formally in the15th conference of all military institutes, is different from on-diploma education. On-diploma education puts importance on basic problems, while on-post education pays more attention to cultivating the abilities of holding posts. With new situations, new problems, the construction of faculty in military on-post education institutes will become a field with urgent research.Military teacher troop management is the important content of Military institutes management. At the stage of on-post education development becoming mature, management of the teacher troop is the key to the army management The new situation, new situation also puts forward new requirements for the management of the teacher troop. After developing nearly for10years, our management of the teacher troop in On-post Education of Military institutes has developed to a more perfect stage. The author pointed out the existing shortage in the teacher troop management through analyzing the teacher troop’s composition, selection, training, appointment, evaluation, and analyses of the current situation.At last, around the theme of the paper closely, the author puts forward new thoughts that Military teacher troop management of Military institutes must set up the idea of regarding military teachers as the principle of human resource management, and control the entrance in six ways such as all the teachers’structure, selection, training, employment, evaluation, evaluation and so on. According to the status and problems, the author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
