In my thesis I will study the crime of producting and marketing toxic or harmful food.This article is written by the method of study and method of analogy on the basis of literature research, after selecting cases, finding out the individual problems of specific objects, and research the resemblance and differences with other related cases in common, through analysing and argumenting disputes and the others in the acknowledgment and operation in judicial practice. At last state my own views. Using methods of induction、generalizating、analysing and comprehensive reading. After the analysis of a few cases,I have a clear understanding of application of this crime.
