The Research Of The Construction Of Cyberculture Under The Sight Of Socialist Core Value System

Based on the empirical investigation, this study analyzed the current situation,problems and its causes of the construction of cyberculture under the sight of socialist core value system, putting forward the principles and measures suited to the construction of our country’s network culture, which aims to reveal the special rule of the construction of cyberculture under the sight of socialist core value system, promoting sound and rapid development of China’s Internet culture.The first part is the theoretical analysis.The Marxist theory of cultural construction and the Chinese Communists’ideology of the construction of cyberculture are the theoretical basis of construction of cyberculture under the sight of socialist core value system. Socialist core value system is fundamental to the construction of network culture,which in turn helps to promote dissemination and innovation of the socialist core value system.The second part is the present situation analysis. First, the achievements of our country’s network culture construction are praised,which are the growing cyberculture positions of socialism, the increasingly rich products, the gradually standard management. Then pointed out the existing problems of network culture construction of our country,which mainly are the fading of mainstream ideology, the weakening of national spirit, the chaos of public opinion environment, the existing phenomenon of moral anomie and the flooding of vulgar culture. The causes of these problems include the interference of multivariate thoughts online, the western cultural hegemony, the poor guidance of public opinion, the restriction of the transmission mode of network and the lag of management system.The third part is the analysis of countermeasures. The basic principles must be upholded that the socialist core value system is of dominance. Specifically, adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism, shaping the soul of cyberculture construction; establish a common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, highlighting the theme in cyberculture construction; carry forward the national spirit and the spirit of the times, grasping the essence of the network culture construction; practice the socialist concept of honor, laying a solid foundation for network culture construction. A series of specific measures is put forward which include improving the construction of network position; strengthening the construction of web content; adhering to the correct guidance of public opinion; carrying out network moral education; promoting construction of the rule of law in cyberspace.
