Legislative oversight is an important means of legislation and measures. It includes pre-and post-supervision. Legislative approval is an important way to advance supervision, its existence for the legislation is to protect fairness, justice, and to protect their interests, improve the quality of legislation. Currently, In view of the legislative approval system, many other scholars Including Zhou wang sheng, Huang wenyi, Liu mingli from both papers or journal writings are clearly presented on our legislative approval system, but the only downside is that they are confined to introduce legislative oversight chapters. In addition, some of our basic legal system for legislative approval also has relevant regulations, but they are more general content. Therefore, I want to learn the "Legislation Law" based on legislation approved by our in-depth inquiry, the journal writings of experts and scholars as a guide, by analyzing the current situation, solve problems, and improve measures to make our system more research value legislative approval.This thesis includes six chapters. The first chapter examines the current situation of research on the theory of legislative approval system, by collecting, induction, collating information to explore theoretical research achievements China has made legislative approval and the little problems. The second chapter describes the overview of our system of legislative oversight, by introducing the characteristics of the legislative oversight and supervision of the way, which leads to the main content of this thesis legislative approval system. The third chapter introduces the basic theory of legislative approval system. First, through comparative analysis, it is precisely defines the meaning of the approved. Second, it outlines a detailed study of legislative approval system, including the larger cities and autonomous regions of legislative approval of two parts. Again, it describes the major reason our legislative approval system from three main areas. Finally, to explore the origin of legislative approval, it is mainly divided into the larger city of legislative approval and the approval of the legislative history of the autonomous regions of both. The fourth chapter is to analyze the current situation of China’s legislative approval system. Therefore, in this paper studies the system of legislative approval, the author hopes to make modest legislative approval to improve our system to make it better local regulations approved to serve the country, serve the people.
