Study On Chinese Judge’s Professional Ethics

The people’s court is the judicial organ of the People’s Republic of China which has a very important status in our social life and state political life. The judges as the special judicial workers, who settle every case independently according to the law, and its level of professional quality and professional ethics, will directly affect the quality of law enforcement, social fairness and justice, even the construction of socialist harmonious society.With the reporting of judges’ dishonest and disgrace in the web, the court has in a dangerous status and its authority and accountability has been challenged. So far, the whole judges are lack of well professional ethics. Compared with other countries, our assurance of judges’ benefits is still backward. Now we need improve and lift the judges’ professional ethics. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the judges’ professional ethics and improving the judge morality have a significant meaning to promote judicial justice. According to the related theory and the principle of professional ethics, this paper has four parts to expound the construction of judges’ professional ethics.The first part:the meaning of professional ethics construction and its characteristics and significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the meaning of professional ethics and point out the present people’s court judge’s characteristics of the professional ethics, them expounds the important significance to strengthen the construction of the judge professional ethics, behind the three parts of research what has an important guiding significance for the following parts.The second part:This paper mainly finds the problems in construction of the judges’ the professional ethics. The author analyzes the existed problems from the management of judges’ system and professional ethics and judges’ own moral.The third part:In this part, I explain what is affecting the construction of the judges’ professional ethics? This part is analyses the reason detailed and it is laid a foundation for the fourth part. The fourth part:The ways to construct the judges’professional ethics construction. Through the analysis of above parts, this part will apply the knowledge of ethics, economics, and management and collect a lot of dates to strengthen the construction of the judges’professional ethics. Finally, this paper has made the positive research about the construction of the judges’professional ethics.
