On July seventh, nineteen thirty-seven, the outbreak of the Marco Polo Bridge Incident lifted the curtain on China’s Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War. National crisis became more and more serious, and China’s political situation experienced drastic change during this period, which made the unity of all the Chinese and the establishment of anti-Japanese national united front become a desperate need. Under the circumstances, the communist party of china started to massively cultivate the revolutionary cadres in an organized and planned way at the command center of—YanAn, which made YanAn’s cadres education develop rapidly. Its distinct revolution characteristics and affluent education experience were valuable treasure for China’s cause of education. And they are worth of learning and research.This thesis summarized the experience and inspiration of YanAn’s cadres education during the anti-Japanese war through the exploration and research of YanAn’s cadres education and its operational mode during that period.
