Historically, the main factors affecting international and regional order is war. Inthe21st century, the international situation has undergone great changes, with theglobalization, war is no longer the sole motivation of the international order changes,Economic factor mobility has become an important factor in the change of regionalorder, it also will affect the region order and the world order rebuild. East Asia hasexperienced a variety of historical order, whether the tributary order, the colonial order,the order of the Cold War or the post-Cold War order, except war affected, the impact ofeconomic factors (natural resources, capital, technology, foreign direct investment andtransnational corporations and economic information) to the regional order change isvery profound. Since Obama was elected U.S. president, U.S. global strategic center ofgravity eastward, increased tensions in East Asia, and impact the stable order in EastAsia, and future trends. As the U.S. strategy in East Asia in the continuation of the"Cold War" mentality, and trying to build the "Asian NATO" in the East Asia, theconfrontation between the East Asian countries in the region is beginning, in also causechanges in the of economic factor, thus affecting the stabilization and reconstruction ofregional order. East Asia economic factors have external dependencies and flowcharacteristics of political influence. Since the United States strategic center of gravityto the east, the political factors intervene in the East Asia economic factor mobility andit also lead to the difficulty of Order of East Asian to build in future. For the build of thefuture order of East Asia, we must to overcome the dependence on external economicfactors and political interventions, only this can really promote the formation of regionalorder. Nowadays, China is playing an increasingly large role in the transition of regionalorder of East Asia,we must pay more attention on economic factors mobility potentialimpact on the construction of regional order. What’s more, China should take advantageof your influence in concentration of economic factors in regional economic development, for that we can play an active and leading role in constructing a futureEast Asian order.
