How To Strengthen The Party Member Management In Offices Directly Under Ordos’s Government Under New Situations And Circumstances

The Chinese Communist Party(CCP) is the ruling party of China. The good party member management is of vital importance to the Party, which has a close connection with the succes&failure of China. Thus the party member management is a significantly aspect of strengthening the Party’s construction.Party members is an important group with its own characteristics. It is different from community members, rural party members, party members, non-public enterprises and student members. Actually,After the18th CPC National Congress, a series of new initiatives of party management and Ordos economic crisis produced a far-reaching impact on party members’management. In this paper, the author has collected a variety of materials in terms of government policy and strategy, which were came out since the18th CCP National Congress. Furthermore,the writer has made a deep survey on offices by analyzing the following aspects. They are the importance of party members’management,new requirements proposed for party members, Ordos party members’problems and possible municipal authorities under new situation. At last, the author has proposed some suggestions to strengthen municipal authorities party management.
