In recent years, the real estate industry development fast. Housing brokering as a very active economic agent of the real estate market has contributed a lot to the development of China’s real estate economy. However, at the same time, with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, as the industry standard is not perfect, lack of the reasonable market competition mechanism. The real estate disputes between customers and agents are increasing and furthermore occasionally results in the "jump list" behavior."Jump list" behavior actually affects not only the interests of the counter parties, but also has a serious adverse impact on the development of the entire real estate market, and moreover it is not conductive to the stable development of the market. Judicial practice in China for standard problem of "jump list" behavior has no unified understanding, resulting in high number of contract disputes, treatment results are different situation. This paper tries to analyze and summarize the case guiding with the Supreme People’s Court on2011issued1of the contract "jump list" behavior, to provide some ideas and methods to solve the with a view to future contract disputes. This article will start with the cases of the "jump list" behavior and put forward the question. The first part of this article, the analysis of the housing contract intermediary entrusted buying property will be analyzed. Then point out the legal attributes of the "jump list" behavior.In the second part of this article, the "jump list" phenomenon are reviewed and summarized, and furthermore, the labeled identification of "jump list" will be provided and will analyze the effect of prohibiting the "jump list" in terms of the format. I think whether people will use the information provided by the agency when they buy the real estate is considered to be the main focus of "jump list" behavior. Finally assumed responsibility of "jump list" behavior and the confirmation of the compensation claims against the intermediary elaboration.
