Consular jurisdiction means a unilateral military aggression by imperialist countriesprivilege made in small countries,the provisions of all nationals of other countries,the lawgoverning the matter without the host country,but through their consular applicable laws ofthe country man,was subjected to treatment.Consular jurisdiction for the Western powers,isfully in line with their interests,to get some of the Western countries in China’s judicialsovereignty,providing legal protection and shelter for them,including lawful and unlawfulbehavior in China,a series of acts.Foreigners can do whatever they want in China in thefield of Chinese law is not subject to sanctions. This system is set in the head of a yoke ofthe Chinese people,seriously disrupting social order in China at that time.Extraterritorialityrefers to diplomatic immunity,diplomatic immunity of heads of state personnel,foreignmonarchs,diplomats and other personnel enjoy diplomatic privileges.Although theseofficers are in the area of a country,but not subject to the jurisdiction of thecountry.Extraterritoriality is respecting the sovereignty of other countries on the basis ofthe legitimate and proper protection of the rights of a national exchanges,the two countriesare equal under the product,regardless of the strength of the size of the country areentitled.This right is accordance with international law,extraterritoriality does not infringethe sovereignty of other countries,but is a sovereign state to follow the principle of mutualrespect for international law.
