An Empirical Study On The Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprise Intellectual Property Management

Since China’s accession to the WTO, economic globalization scientific and technologicalera of prosperity and the development also officially arrived, intellectual property has becomean important tool in the economic development of various enterprises, especially for the high-tech innovative enterprises for international growth. As knowledge intensive and technologyintensive enterprises, high-tech enterprises play an important role in China’s economicdevelopment. An enterprise strongly depends on the knowledge in the innovation process; it isan important aspect of innovation management which obtains profit from knowledge,especially in high-tech enterprises. But for some reasons, the intellectual property rights inChina has not been paid enough attention, which has seriously affected our countryenterprise’s position in the international market competition, Chinese enterprises are underpressure in the international market constantly. Therefore, the establishment of reasonableand effective intellectual property management system is an important magic weapon toenable a firm to remain invincible position in the competition, and how to establish areasonable and effective management system of intellectual property rights, has becomethe focus of concern from all walks of life.The focus of this paper is that through the analysis of the status of high-tech enterpriseintellectual property management problems, and learns from foreign advanced intellectualproperty management; establish a set of suitable evaluation system of high-tech enterpriseintellectual property management. This paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, and determine the level of management of high-tech enterprise intellectual property by means of a large number of data, charts and graphs through the combination of qualitativeand quantitative, in order to strengthen the management of enterprise’s intellectual property,and improve the enterprise competitive advantage. Research of this paper can be divided intothe following parts:Firstly, this paper makes a study on the status of domestic and foreign intellectualproperty management. Secondly, in view of the status of our country high-tech enterpriseintellectual property management, combined with excellent foreign intellectual propertymanagement system, provide a reasonable model of intellectual property management.Finally, this paper is an empirical study on intellectual property management evaluation, analysisand comparison of the four high-tech industry through a large amount of data, select aspecial industry which is the medicine industry, and combining the special nature of thepharmaceutical industry and high technology, high investment,high output,high risk, longcycle etc, from four aspects of creation,using,protection and management establishedpharmaceutical intellectual property management evaluation index system, select the specialcase, according to the analysis of evaluation index system construction, and puts forwardsome suggestions on the management of intellectual property of their,hoping to providesome reference value for the pharmaceutical industry in china.
