The Research On The Coordination Of Urban And Rural Minimum Living Security System Of Shandong Province

As the development of social economy, disadvantages are showing up. Thecoexistence of rural and urban welfare system cannot meet the demand of thedevelopment of society. Moreover, it has hampered the development of the welfaresystem. Achieving the same welfare system has important theoretical and practicalvalues, namely, it can gap the difference between the two, and achieve social equity.In this thesis, the coordination of urban and rural minimum living securitysystem was studied. There are six chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background and significance. The research done by domesticand oversea scholars have been summarized. To add, the outline, research body,methodology, and innovation were described. In chapter two, combined with thetheory of rural and urban system, the related theories were stated, which havetheoretically supported the research on welfare system. In chapter three, the effect thatthe minimum living standard and economic development has on gapping thedifference between rural and urban welfare system were analyzed. Chapter four wasmainly focused on the problems in the welfare system development, as well as thereasons for these problems. In chapter five, the future system goals, four principles togap the differences, five detailed politic suggestions, and related regulations to fastenthe development were stated. Chapter six is a summary of this research, along withthe deficiencies in this thesis.There are several innovations in this thesis. Firstly, this thesis was finished onspecific problems in Shandong Province. The perspective was innovative. Secondly,this thesis was built on related models and data, the real-case analysis on factorsinfluencing welfare development, which can strongly support the rural and urbanwelfare system development in Shandong Province.
