Research On Abilities Building Of College-graduate Village Officials Of Fushun

Selecting outstanding college graduates to serve the village is based on long-term,for rural management talent shortage, rural cadres such as the irrational structure,system and strategic decision and implementation of a long-term. The purpose is tostrengthen the grass-roots regime, the structure of the team, and for the country partyand government cadres reserve talents.The abilities building of college-graduate village officials’ is a systematic project,needs the participation of the whole society, not only need the government on policiesand regulations on security, but also need to actively work to education, professionaland thought on college guide and students themselves, but also the whole society’sencouragement and support. Since the first since1995in Jiangsu province to recruitstudents as the rural grass-roots cadres, the university student village officialengineering development for nearly20years, has been established at the nationalcollege students team with excellent quality, dynamic. However, because of thenational policy is lagging behind, the quality of all aspects of student village officialsare not comprehensive, complex objective environment of the rural and other reasons,to a large extent restricted the development of College Students’ ability. Villageofficial team of college students of Fushun city is also faced with the above situation.Based on the above, this paper carries out in-depth research on college-graduatesvillage officials’ ability construction of Fushun. In this study, through a large numberof searching, reading and study and the university student village official to shut theparty and government documents, statistical data, the relevant papers, research reports,books, websites, forums and other text on the basis of the information, usingquestionnaire combined with interviews, through random sampling, the studentvillage officials in Fushun city since2008, the village160college students wererandomly selected as the object of study questionnaire. Through the statistics of thequestionnaire results, analysis, summarize the problems existed in college students’ability of induction, village construction in the city of Fushun, with Fushun city topromote the university student village official capacity of existing construction practice, proposed the university student village official ability construction of theopinions and suggestions. This can not only guide the students own ideological andmoral aspects of ascension, and allow them to clear the college students should havethe ability, ability construction can also give the reasonable and scientific. Has thecertain instruction function to the work of college students in the future.
