Therefore, I think, to clarify the dispute between various viewpoints, correctly grasp the identification problem of the aggregated consequential offense, for a better understanding of a number of forms of this crime, improve the theory, legislation and in practice the accurate conviction and sentencing is very necessary.I tried to repeat with controversial results from view, from the shallower to the deeper, from the outside to the inside, in contrast to different views of scholars on the basis of the study, proposed own view, hope to have a.better understanding of this theory, so as to provide beneficial reference for the aggravated consequential offence applicable law, to better serve the judicial practice. I will pass through the following three parts elaborate.The first part introduces the concept, characteristics, nature of aggregated consequential offense and the abolition of the dispute.
