On the basis of the comparative analysis of foreign-related institutions and practices, how to promote and improve the rule of the parallel importation of copyright through the "principle of exhaustion of distribution rights "in the framework of international treaties, is still a very important problem.Therefore, this article will start from the basic theory of "the principle of exhaustion of distribution rights" in the copyright parallel imports, on the basis of the comparative analysis of foreign-related institutions and practices, research the present situation of the principle in our country. Finally, from our country’s standpoint, this article will seek the best way to apply the principle to the copyright parallel imports, and give the legislative proposals.
