Analysis Of Liu Zongyuan Honest Thought

China is a country with a long history, in the process of long-term historical evolution, it formed the concept of honest which is particular about the rule of law and the pursuit of ethics. Honest thought has been continuously developed since the primitive society, its core idea is the rule of law and virtue.This paper mainly studies the honest thought in mid tang dynasty, I chose Liu zongyuan who is seen as the outstanding representative of honest. As we all know, the tang dynasty is an important era in China, it established after the sui dynasty which is quickly come to an end, Just because of perdition of the sui dynasty in high-speed, it make the dynast of the early tang dynasty has to pay attention to the cultivation of clean government.The paper is consists of four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it introduces the background and significance of the research, the connotation of the honest thought, the main content of the research and its innovation. The second chapter introduces the background of the formation of Liu zongyuan’s honest thoughts. Then it explores the formation of Liu zongyuan’s honest thought. It finally puts forward the historical origins of Liu zongyuan’s culture, and then summarize the formation of Liu zongyuan’s honest thought. The third chapter outlines the core of Liu zongyuan’s honest thought. In general, his honest thoughts advocating justice, benevolent loving people. It advocates that the officials should have awareness of service, and strengthen the supervision of the officials. It also advocates taking the people as the fundamental and fighting against corruption. Furthermore it advocates paying attention to the virtuous thought while the process in the selection and the appointment to the officials. Those honest thoughts have important enlightenment function to our contemporary era. The fourth chapter emphasizes the enlightenment and the significance of Liu zongyuan’s honest thought.The Chinese communists attach great importance to the party to build a clean government and thorough investigation of corruption of all time. Liu zongyuan’s honest thought is highly practical and scientific which fits the demands of the Chinese communist party. We should fully exert and absorb valuable essence of Liu zongyuan’s honest thought, so as to provide countermeasures to deal with the corruption during the process of economic development for our country and achieve sound and rapid development of China’s economy.
