The Theory Of Chinese Civil Cultivating Pattern In Faith Of Constitution

Citizens’constitutional belief is an important form of Chinese nomocracy, it is also an index of realizing nomocracy in China. Constitutional belief of our citizens are still relatively weak affected by some traditional and realistic factors caused on the process of its cultivating. On this background, it is quite meaningful theoretically and realistically to study Chinese citizens’constitutional belief which is the point of this paper. There are few studies of constitutional belief on Chinese constitutional academic. There are even fewer studies of cultivating models of Chinese citizens’constitutional belief. However, the fact is that nomocracy is based on people’s belief of constitution, and the research on the belief is in need.This article focus on the training models of Chinese constitutional belief. It is based on the basic theories on citizens’constitutional belief, through some comparatively analysis, it pointed some difficulties and confusions of traditional models and also make suggestions of how to deal with these issues based on Chinese realities. To prove my opinions, I took some research methods such as theoretical analysis, survey analysis and document analysis. There are also a lot of data and materials to make this paper more convincing.The first innovation of this article is the analysis of western case. There are a lot of cases to support my opinions and reasons. The second innovation is the reflection of Chinese traditional models on cultivating citizens’constitutional belief. I made analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of transplanting from western countries, pointed out that we should respect our conditions, including the good ways and bad ways. However, the inadequate is that I was lack of first hand data, most of the data and materials are from domestic.
