Legal Thoughts On Economic Compensation In Non—competltion Agreement

There are many questions need to be researched,such as how to define the employee subject of non-competition agreement, how to ascertain economic compensation standard and pattern, and how to confirm the order of economic compensation and the employees’ non-competition obligation.Depend on the analysis of the problems which economic compensation in non-competition agreement has, the author will put forward the proposal to these problems:to define the subject of the economic compensation, to determine a variety of compensation ways, to establish mandatory economic compensation standards and to create scientific order between economic compensation and non-competition obligation. I wish it will Improve the non-competition provisions of economic compensation to protect the employees’right by my suggestion on economic compensation in non-competition agreement.
