However, the degree of monopoly of the financial sector has not been broken, the development of mutual economic development and financial imbalances were configured into low efficiency of financial resources, a large number of small and medium private enterprises are facing financing difficulties. Private banking market access will change the traditional planned economy, the banking sector is highly concentrated, services and inefficiencies.
