Chinese Kuomintang Ninth "national" Research On Behalf Of The General Assembly

The Chinese Kuomintang (KMT), the Ninth "national" Congress is held from November12of1963to November22in Taipei. The conference is just right in the critical period during the ruling period of the Chinese Kuomintang. It is also an important part of Studying the Chinese KMT including the development process, the governance and effectiveness in Taiwan, the relations between Mainland China and Taiwan,also the relations with foreign countries. Additionally, little academic research focus on this conference, relevant researches has been mentioned only in part of the books or articles. Most of the researches just briefly analyses some issues and lack of an integrity research of the conference. In the published and accessible doctoral dissertations, no study of this conference papers.This paper tries to collect and sort out a lot of Mainland and Taiwan literature, newspapers and other materials, using the methods of relevant theories of Political Science, History and so on, this paper is relatively comprehensive and objective described and analyzed the conference. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the historical background of the convention were analyzed, The second part around a conference center issues that is "against the Communist Party of China", namely on the discussion and analysis of the causes of the content, The third part summarizes the main outcome of the meeting and sublimation to the corresponding content,The fourth part try to summarize the many aspects of influence the meeting. Study on the Ninth "National Congress" Will enable us to more deeply understand the Chinese KMT historical context in Taiwan. At the same time, we can further interpret the future policy direction and the ruling style and features of the Chinese KMT.
