For a long time, juvenile crime has been the focus of the whole society. According to the typical survey in some places, about70percent juvenile crimes are classified as gang crime. Juvenile delinquency cases are the main form of gang crime, it has drawn much attention from the judiciary, social workers of judiciary and the whole society. Based on the data obtained from Beijing SF Juvenile Justice Social Work Research and Service Center, it shows that only in2013, workers of "center" commissioned by the Beijing Municipal HD People’s Procuratorate are engaged in171delinquent teenagers, of which is that94people are gang crime, accounting for55percent of the total, while25people play a secondary or auxiliary role in gang crime, accounting for27percent of the number of criminal gangs. The author actually involved in the social investigation and correction of delinquent teenagers commissioned by Beijing Municipal HD People’s Procuratorate, and found that interactions among gangs promote teenagers to participate in. criminal acts, and play a supporting role in the process. So author focuses on interaction of this group from the theory of social interaction research perspective to analyze the causes of crime accomplices.This paper attempts to research from the perspective of juvenile justice social worker, under the guidance of social interaction theory, to analyze and reflect first-hand information obtained and the basic situation of accessory systematically, accessories how to join gangs, and the interaction of teenager gangs, and discusses the social workers involved in the judicial process and the effect of help and education, to provide a new theory involving juvenile crime corrective work for social workers, but also provide a reference for the prevention of juvenile crime.
