Extradition is a dispensable part in international laws and most widely explored topic because of its continuous development. Extradition laws vary from country to country based on its national legal system and policies which is normally main obstacles in cooperation in criminal proceedings especially extraditing criminals. Although there are many commonly accepted principles for uniting the worldwide extradition practice, they are being weakened by changes and new characteristics of international laws,for example some outbreaks made in the cooperations among countries or regional organisations.This essay is going to talk about the most sensitive topics about extraditing political fugitives and capital criminals who are not allowed to be extradited based on principles of extradition,but it is unavoidable issues which influence the realistic cooperations between China and other countries and future developments.
