In the new century, as research on the relationship between contacts and education, question-and-answer and teaching are increasing, question-and-answer in classroom received more attention and question-answer teaching is also widely used. However, how to pose questions? What is the function and position of questioning? How to improve communication through questioning? These are the focus of research. Marxism holds that the nature of human being is "the sum of all social relations." For Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis,"Interaction among people" should be the breakthrough point to realize the comprehensive development of students.This thesis takes Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis as the subject of research, makes explanations on the theories and practical issues of question-answer teaching to strengthen the theoretical study of question-answer teaching and enrich the teaching system of question-and-answer class.The thesis consists of three parts:introduction, body and conclusion.The introduction focuses on the motivations and meanings of this thesis, including the basic theories, the current research status and the writing method and value of the thesis.The body is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the theoretical research and the practical status of question-answer teaching in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis. On the basis of theoretical research, it briefly states the application status of question-answer teaching in the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, taking Lanzhou University and other three universities in Gansu province as the subject. The second chapter describes the theoretical origin and principle construction of question-answer teaching and makes further illustration on the current study situation. The third chapter mainly introduces the standard of questions in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis and explores good question by explaining questions and their structures. Chapters four, narrate the beginning, linking, deepening and guiding of questioning, and then further explain the techniques and strategies of questioning in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis. Chapter five briefly describes the summary and assessment of question-answer teaching in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis. Chapter seven is supplement to the application of question-answer teaching in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, including other skills of questioning in the process of teaching.The Conclusion is the viewing and reverse thinking about the logical structure of the thesis, and describes the deficiencies and limitations of the paper.
