| Small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs) in each country in the world are thebasic power to promote the economic development. SMEs play an irreplaceable role ineasing the employment pressure, stimulating technological innovation and economicgrowth.However, many problems have constrained the development of SMEs. Theauthor thinks financing problem is the one that SMEs have to face.The paper starts from two SMEs in Shandong Province, studying on financingproblems from a legal point of view. The first chapter introduces relative theories ofSMEs. The second chapter starts from Yiyuan Dajinyuan forestry development limitedand Zibo Lupin trade limited liability company, introducing the development situationand financing status, and analyze the reasons of financing difficulties of these twocompanies from a legal point of view. The third chapter shows the experiences ofsolving financing problems of SMEs at home and abroad. And the last part putsforward some effective legal methods to solve the financing problems of SMEs inChina. |
