| As an important part and legal basis of Archives, archival laws are not only theproduct in the development of Archival work, but also is the driving force for thedevelopment of archival work. The birth of the Communist Party of China and theestablishment of archival work opened a new chapter of history for Chinese archivesdevelopment process. The archival laws of China Communist Party in DemocraticRevolution improved the basic outlook of archival legislation, and made them appearutterly different characteristics of other era.This paper will be based on the whole history of modern history background, andexplore the basic constructive conditions of the CCP archival laws in democraticrevolution. Then by the research of some representative laws and their content, thispaper will further analyze the characteristics, historical limitations and impact of thearchival laws. Author hopes to reveal an important role of archival laws of ChineseCommunist China in Chinese archival history, and provide some useful references forour today archival laws construction through this paper. |
