Marine is always playing an important role in the internet, which can not beignored on the international political, economic, military stage. The protection ofmaritime rights and interests has become the focus of the society."The United NationsConvention on the Law of the Sea" in1982by the Third Law of the Sea Conference(hereinafter referred to as "the Convention") laid a foundation for modern marinesystems." Convention" gives a lot of ocean marine rights to countries in the world. Andthe right of hot pursuit is included. This right is aiming to protect the rights and interestsof coastal States and gives an important marine coastal State enforcement powers. Thus,we can regard “convention” as a reference to analysis our country’s legislation about hotpursuit, and then make recommendations to make up the inadequacies, which means alot.
