Mr. Zhang Fraud Research

The case of Zhang Wenzhong-fraud bears quite a lot of controversy, the theoreticalvalue and practical meaning of which are worthy of our deep thingking. For the study ofthis case, I firstly analyze the relate problems of Zhang Wenzhong-fraud, and prove thatZhang Wenzhong’s conduct a company crime of fraud according to objectivecharacteristics of a crime; then form the discussion, about a question how to charged ofcompany commits a natural person crime, Zhang Wenzhong should be accused thecriminal respondibility because he is the manager of the company. At last, from theaspects of criminal policy，with three-dimensional analysis of the prominent justiceissues around the case, the study provides reference suggetions for a bettered judicialsystem in China.
