21century is the new ages of knowledge-based economy and takes innovation of knowledge as a major characteristic. In order to adapt to the development of knowledge economy, school start to exert the innovation of management. But at this time, the knowledge management, as a new type of management, start to get into the research field of school, cover all aspects of school management, and then the innovation of knowledge management was appeared. School Based Research, as the important platform of share and innovation of knowledge in the school, brings people unprecedented opportunity and challenge. The opportunity is that school-based research provides school with the opportunity of generation of knowledge, share of knowledge, innovation of knowledge, application of knowledge and other abundant resources. The challenge is that the implementation of knowledge management which takes knowledge as center will face some difficulties in school-based research.This research, from the view of macroscopic level of the school, is the study of school-based research in the view of knowledge management. It combines the theory of knowledge management with school-based research into a new mode of school-based research, and gives some suggestions of knowledge management for school-based research. At the same time, the paper illustrates the theory of SECI model and Learning Organization, and has the foundation of theory for the development of school management.The research has the two parts of contents.First of all, this research, in the theory of knowledge management, illustrates SECI model and Learning Organization as the two important knowledge management theories, analyzes the connotation of knowledge management theory, and then put the theory of knowledge management to the practice of school-based research, and build the mode of school-based research.On the other hand, building a model of school-based research in the view of knowledge management is the further study. This research is that the knowledge management applied in the process of school-based research. The theory of knowledge management can affect organization culture, organize structure, technique support, system of school-based research, and then form a system of school-based research. Analysis of each factor of School-based research, the author gives the strategies of raises the efficiency of management of school-based research in order to promote the level of teacher professional development.This research use literature method and comparative method etc as the major research method, collecting materials and sources by books, papers and digital resources is Literature method. The paper illustrates the theory of knowledge management and school-based research, and gives some implementation strategies according to the actual context of school-based research. Comparing enterprise knowledge management with school knowledge management is comparative method. Studying the theory of enterprise knowledge management is necessary for knowledge management in school. According to the research of domestic and international scholar in the realm of knowledge management, from the view of knowledge management, build a more effective mode of school-based research.The study of school-based research in the view of knowledge management is that the theory of knowledge management was applied in school-based research and the practice of school management in order to make the system of school management perfect. It can promote the ability of school management innovation and competitive and make the effective running of management of school-base research. The finally purpose of the study is make teacher more effective professional development than ever before.The study of school-based research in the view of knowledge management is not only the logic need of theory development for knowledge management, and is the creative research result in the background of the new curriculum innovation for school. It has a great significance of theory and practice.
