Research Of Assessment Index System Of Humanities And Social Sciences Achievements In China

With the progress of a new era of knowledge and technology, humanities and social sciences have also been developing rapidly. Evaluation of the Results of Humanities and Social Sciences has also attracted the eyesight of domestic academic community. And it is a focus to how to build and improve the scientific and rational outcome of evaluation index system according to the characteristics and results of the characteristics of the Humanities and Social Sciences. Evaluation of the Results of Humanities and Social Sciences is much more complex than that of the Natural Sciences. The study of this topic has great theoretical and practical significance from the angle of academic research, realistic application and management. Aiming to provide new method and ideas for the establishment of results-based evaluation system of the Humanities and Social Sciences and provide quantitative and theoretical basis for further research, this paper, with the method of the bibliometrics, hierarchy analysis, expert evaluation, goes deep into the evaluation system of index of social science research achievement from the visual angle of achievement management.The paper contains five chapters.In chapter1, it firstly discusses the research background, significance, methods contents then summarize the research actuality of the evaluation index of Humanities and Social Sciences and finally point out the innovation of the paper.Chapter2introduces the Humanities and Social Sciences and its research. On one hand, it introduces characteristics and the classification of Humanities and Social Sciences which contains the basic theoretical research and application of countermeasures. On the other hand, according to the characteristics of the classification of Humanities and Social Sciences, it systematically introduces characteristics and the classification of its achievements.Chapter3, which discusses the construction of evaluation index system of the outcome of the Humanities and Social Sciences is the focus of this paper. Firstly, makes a brief analysis of the principles to build the evaluation index system of the outcomes of the Humanities and Social Sciences from the perspective of construction principle. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the article type of the humanities and social sciences achievements, drawing on the establishment evaluation index system of papers in domestic and abroad, introducing in new evaluation and constructing the evaluation index system of articles type achievements. Finally, on account of the fact that the main form of the results of the application research of Humanities and Social Sciences are the reports of application countermeasure, it building respective application countermeasures evaluation index system from different evaluation perspectives.Chapter4is an empirical analysis of the evaluation index system built in this research. To test of reliability and validity of the evaluation, we select certain sample data and analysis them with the evaluation index system in this section, and point out the attention point when using our evaluation index system.Chapter5is the summary of this study. It summed up the characteristics of the evaluation index system we put forward, and pointed out the inadequacies that exist in this system. The article evaluation index system we constructed in this study is based on the objective bibliometrics method. And the evaluation index system of application type outcome is based on the perspectives from different evaluation evaluators. One inadequacy of this study is the less of the amount of the empirical sample data. Besides, for the sample data acquisition difficulties and other reasons, we can not do the empirical evaluation for the evaluation index system of application type outcome. The future of the evaluation index system of Humanities and social science research achievements should be the organic combination of bibliometrics and expert review.
