Community-youth is a part of teenagers from16to25. As the same as otherpeers,they are eager for get social acceptance, admit, respect and sure.But our societymore to see them as social security danger.Always treat community-youth from thepoint of view of preventing crime and correcting behavior. This kind of theDiscrimination attitude for community-youth,will inevitablely lead tocommunity-youth against mood. It will Influence the effect of correction education.Therefore,this paper research directly community-youth from the ideological andpolitical education Angl.from3aspects of subject,content and the way.to findeffective method to enhance the Actual effect of the ideological and politicaleducation.The ideological and political education community is a system engineering.itneed different education subject cooperate to complete.so different subject,the sameobjective,taking the characteristics method and way for aan effective path system.We know,due to Ignorance of moral consciousness and legal consciousness,Thepersonality development is not sound,mental development is not enough,andcommunity-youth don’t distinguish right and wrong,don’t resrain themselves.if weonly rely on individual power to educate,it hard to realize educationtarget.therefor,this paper discuss from4different subjects including Communist youth league、community、the old communist party member and Social workers,around thetarget of helping community-youth to become a useful person. According to eachsubject in the ideological and political education of the community status, value, thefunction and the superiority, respectively To activities as a platform, with help ofhigh-quality curriculums,based on emotion, To correct as the means.
