In this paper, in order to cultivate the high-quality preschool teachers, it reconstitutes and optimizesthe curriculum of preschool education major in normal university in China. By defining the preschooleducation and curriculum, and analyzing the current situation of the curricular setting of preschooleducation major, the paper indicates the significance of reforming this curriculum. For knowing thephysical truth, the paper uses the universities as the research objects, and analyses the setting of theircurricula. In addition, the paper takes questionnaires to preschool teachers for further understanding. So wemaster the status of curricular setting from various ways, and then find the problems and analyze thereasons. At the same time, the paper uses the USA, UK as examples, comparing their curricular settings.Depend on the curricular standards of teaching and professional standards of preschool teachers, the paperreconstitutes and optimizes the curriculum of preschool education major in normal university in China. Thenew curriculum system presents four basic ideas. Based on these, the new curriculum includes fourmodules.
