With the rapid development of education informatization, the informationinfrastructure construction of institutions have gradually matured, mostly institutionshave introduced the network teaching platform, many national and provincialhigh-quality network course and multimedia database were built.However, theapplication of these information resources for costing huge human and financialresources isn t very ideal, we must focus on research and solve these problem for thecurrent educational reform to make teachers and students as soon as possible to adapt tothe ever-changing digital living environment and learning conditions, change thetraditional way of learning and teaching.This study tries to change the current situationfor not be used or can’t correct to applicate information technology in daily teaching, make effective teaching methods into the classroom, become the teacher’s teachingbehavior, make students master the effective ways of learning, become students’self-consciousness, promote the school information resources effective application,improve teaching quality, efficiency and innovation ability of students.This study adopted the methods of interview, education narrative research,questionnaire, statistical analysis and so on.Through review the literature,we analysethe present situation of informatization and progress of school and teaching methodunder information technology environment at home and abroad. Based on the researchresults at home and abroad, detail the connotation of multiple "learning and teaching"method, then according to the related theory,construct the multiple "learning andteaching" teaching design process under information technology environment, anddetailed analysis the process. Then,we practice in the C language program design "and"medical organic chemistry ", design the multiple "learning and teaching" method of twocourses based on the design process,according to the results of multiple teachingevaluation and interview the teachers and students, further modify teaching designprocess, form the related cases.Implementation results show that the final assessment result of two courses isobviously higher than the control group, the result is relatively concentrated.We use bothfor independent sample t-test, the differences are obvious that multiple "learning andteaching" means can improve the result. Questionnaire statistical results show that theexperimental group are improved than control group in the independent learning ability,problem-solving ability and cooperative learning ability, and other dimensions, and thedifferences are obvious.The satisfaction of student for multiple learning and teachingmode is higher. At the same time, in the contrast between students and teacher evaluationscore of C language program design, found that the score of teacher evaluation andstudents self-evaluation and group evaluation have significant differences, and the scoreof students’ self-assessment and evaluate each other is higher than teacher assessment.The reason may lie in between classmates friendship marking, individual differencefactors and the different for students’ self-efficacy, puts forward the idea of anonymous network evaluation works. Moreover, the classroom observation results showed that themultiple "learning and teaching" means improve students’ learning enthusiasm andinitiative than ever, active classroom atmosphere,students’ information literacy has beenfurther training, the consciousness of using information technology to solve the problemconsciousness has been enhanced, most of the students can use all kinds of resources topromote own study, the ability of review literature and problem solving have beenimproved. The problems existing in the implementation process, we found that takemultiple learning and teaching method need pay more energy for teachers and students,especially for medical students, courses are busy, independent learning time is less,increase the students’ burden and the pressure of study in some degree.The effect ofindependent learning is not good, the consciousness of self learning need to strengthen,the teacher lack of effective supervision for group cooperative learning process, part ofthe students appeared "free-riding" phenomenon, collaborative learning ability not getexercise.
