The training aim of vocational education has promoted special requirements for the teachers in those schools.At present, to develop "double type" teacher staff is the most important thing in constructing teachers. Since the middle of1990’s, vocational education in Jinan has been rapid speed. The technical schools of enterprise is an important force have made outstanding contributions to the economic construction. with the high-speed development of economy and the increased requirements for vocational education, the increased speed of "double type" teacher staff can’t keep up with those of vocational schools. Less of creating talent has become a problem that puzzles the development of vocational schools and as a chock-point to improve the quality of vocational education. As the main education institution for training technical talents, Enterprise Technical Schools are responsible for skills education training and vocational training, also they are an important force in the vocational education development, and make outstanding contribution to economic construction.The study investigates the current conditions of " double type " teacher staff in Enterprise Group Technical School in Jinan, discusses the existing problems,and after analyzing the courses,the author puts forward the strategy to solve the problems.Chapter one introduces the purpose, significance and the innovations of the thesis, it points out the train of thought, the aims, the methods and expected results.Chapter two analyses the relevant conceptions of "double-type" teacher and teaching staff. This part includes the current statements on "double-type" teacher, and further clarifies the relevant conception of "double-type" teacher and "double-type" teaching staff, also proving the concept base for the construction of "double-type" teaching staff.Chapter three introduces the research of this study at home and abroad. This part includes the outline of research on the construction of "double-type" teacher staff, and analyses the current conditions. It expounds its particular research about the construction of " double-type" teaching staff on the foundation of the Chinese and foreign cultural data in order to find the point to that support this paper.Chapter Four dedicates the existing problems and the analysis of the course of the construction "double-type" teaching stuff of enterprise Group Technical School in Jinan, starting with the existing problems, discussing in three main ways:Firstly,the teachers sources,the teachers structure and the study on the "double-type" teacher, the practice work and the continuing education system.Secondly, the construction of raining base, the system of fomenting for teachers;Thirdly,comprehensive description on the management system and legislation system,which the governmental agencies set up.Chapter Five includes suggestions and strategies on the construction "double-type" teaching staff in Enterprise Group Technical School in Jinan This part describes the main strategies that can resolve the existing problems, such as expanding the channels of the teachers sources, enhancing the teacher’s practice skill, perfecting the teacher’s practice work, improving the continuing education system, setting up the system of fomenting for teachers; the governmental agencies also should perfect the management system and legislation system for the "double-type" teacher.
