Problem e-learning behavior refers to the behavior which does not conform to the normal learning of standard, not meet the requirements of normal learning and influences of one’s own or others’ effective learning in the process of e-learning. E-learning as a new approach has been widely used in people’s life, and problem e-learning behavior can affect e-learners’ learning. Problem e-learning behavior widely exists in the e-learners, but the research on problem e-learning behavior is little, especially the measuring tool for problem e-learning behavior. Therefore, the research on problem e-learning behavior can focus on bad learning behavior. It can not only enrich the content of internet psychology, but also can provide support to improve the e-learning effect.Based on the theory about problem e-learning behavior, this dissertation developed a scale of problem e-learning behavior, and uses this scale to make an empirical research. This dissertation mainly includes three studies.Firstly, according to predecessors’ research, this dissertation discussed the theory framework of problem e-learning behavior based on the investigation and interview. It can be divided into five dimensions:learning escape behavior, bad learning habits, and lack learning behavior, improper learning behavior and emotional behavior.Secondly, this dissertation developed the scale of problem e-learning behavior. Based on the dimensions, we make the test items according to the interviews and questionnaire survey. Then, we developed the forecast scale through experts’ reviews, and formed the problem e-learning behavior scale of34items through the questionnaire survey. It certificated the scale has certain reliability.Thirdly, we used this problem e-learning behavior scale to make application study and analyze e-learners’ learning behavior by investigation.
