With the rapid development of competitive sports, ordinary university also on college students’ sports team sports level and competitive ability put forward high quality, high standard requirements, therefore, scientific training become the ordinary university sports team training to improve the quality of the key. Physiological and biochemical monitor ordinary university sports team training conforms to the requirements of the scientific training; study has important theoretical significance and practical value.This article used the literature material law, questionnaire investigation method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, on China30college of150representative teams coaches were " physiological and biochemical monitoring of sports team training status " questionnaire, and the Southwest Jiao Tong University football team, aerobics team, basketball team, volleyball team the track and field team, implementation of the biochemical and physiological feedback control exercise test, through investigation and experiment come to the following conclusions:(1) The ordinary university sports team training feedback regulation is weak, exercise training physiological and biochemical feedback control deficiencies.(2) College of human physiology biochemistry laboratory equipment is not perfect, the lack of experimental staff, low utilization rate, less participation in sports training physiological and biochemical feedback control.(3) suitable for ordinary university sports team of biochemical and physiological feedback monitoring indicators are:body composition, hemoglobin, reaction time, body ante flexion, vital capacity, maximal oxygen uptake, anaerobic power, ten items of urine, heart rate, blood lactate.(4) The implementation of monitoring physiological and biochemical feedback found in the process of college athletes, the function quality of elite athletes with large gaps exist, and there is lack of nutrition and anemia tendency.(5) Southwest Jiao Tong University gymnastics team, basketball team, volleyball team, track team and physiological and biochemical laboratory established long-term monitoring mechanism, each semester three test player function status, and the monitor result timely feedback to coaches, coaches reference feedback results autonomic regulation training program, based on the athlete’s functional level rises somewhat, the whole team fighting capacity to promote.(6) Southwest Jiao Tong University football team has implemented a detailed biochemical and physiological feedback supervision, respectively for the training programmed, training plan, and each lesson, and day, week of training for a specific physiological and biochemical feedback control. Results:compared with monitoring of lactate anaerobic threshold, anaerobic threshold, all power, fatigue rate, former10s power%, total index differences (P<0.05); lean body mass, pyrometer, peak power, maximum oxygen consumption, oxygen consumption index of relative difference was significant (P<0.01), and the improvement of athletic achievement. The physiological biochemical feedback control to improve the ordinary university sports team training quality has the positive significance.(7) The implementation of college sports teams training physiological and biochemical feedback control can use "4paces go" mode.According to the survey and experimental results suggests the following:(1) Physiological and biochemical feedback monitoring data can be used as an ordinary university high level athlete selection basis.(2) Sports team of colleges should establish the athletes’physiological and biochemical profile, grasp the athlete’s training status, recording the dynamic process of athletes training.(3) Sports team of colleges should improve the scientific training level, reasonable use of biochemical and physiological feedback control, strengthens athlete’s nutritional supplement.(4) Universities should continue to improve the sports team coaches’training and physiological and biochemical knowledge level, increase the number of physiological and biochemical experiment equipment, improve the physiological and biochemical laboratory facilities, increase development physiological and biochemical monitoring of college sports training project funds. The introduction of a number of highly educated and rich experience in scientific research of sports scientific research personnel, establish "scientific research team"(5) the implementation of monitoring physiological and biochemical process, premise is based on Sports metabolic characteristics to select the appropriate physiological and biochemical index, monitoring, first of all, the basic data of testing athletes; secondly, exercise physiology and biochemistry test improved coaches training program; finally, monitoring athletes class, day, stage of training feedback to the instructor.(6) the study because of the limited conditions, the physiological and biochemical indexes of insufficient diversification, on training monitoring is not detailed, in future studies should increase training monitoring sampling points.
