| Communication between people is one of the most common phenomena in the society; it has played an important role in the existence and development of human society. In recent years, there are numerous researches on communication and have got fruitful results. In kindergarten, the communication is also commonly found between the teacher and young children, which has made an impact on the teacher and children in the process of implementing various aspects of the educational links. Communication between the teacher and the children has lots of problems, which has affected the establishment of a good relationship between the teacher and children, but also made an impact on the effect of early childhood education. Physical and mental development of young children is different from other age groups. As a special group, the communication between them and the child care teacher must have its own characteristics. Currently, what problems are between teacher and the children’s communication, reasons and what is the ideal communication status between the teacher and children? This paper attempts to construct an ideal communication status between the teacher and children from the perspective of inter-subjectivity and analyze the objectives, content and features of communication between the teacher and children. This paper aims to provide a new reference perspective for the communication between the teacher and children. This paper is divided into the following sections:Part â… :it will introduce the existence and fading of subjectivity, clarify the context and reason of inter-subjectivity. Then, it will introduce various theories of inter-subjectivity idea, including Husserl, Heidegger, Martin Buber, Habermas’different interpretations on inter-subjectivity from different prospective so as to clarify the concept of inter-subjectivity and its truth. Then, it will analyze inter-subjectivity impact on education, including:a new understanding of essence of education, education process and education research paradigm.Part â…¡:Summary of communication between teacher and children. It will define the concept of "communication" and "communication between teachers and children, analyze the problems that have between teacher and children’s communication.i.e. children’s subjectivity is easy to ignore, frequent conflict between teacher and children, as well as inequality communication opportunity. Then, it analyzes the reason from the prospective of the characteristic of child physical and mental development, nature of work of kindergarten teachers, as well as limitation between teachers and students.Part â…¢:The author will go to the inter-subjectivity communication between kindergarten teacher and children. It will set communication objectives between the kindergarten teacher and children from the perspective of Inter-subjectivity, and show interpersonal communication features between the kindergarten teacher and children from the perspective of Inter-subjectivity, including interactive, understanding, reciprocity, equality, tolerance, sincerity, as well as provide realistic way to achieve ideal communication between the kindergarten teacher and children.
