China’s new reform of basic education started at the turn of the century, to meet the requirement of social and economic development of the new curriculum system and to build a new education model for the development of quality education. We must have a state-of-the-art educational philosophy to make our reform successful. The more important thing is to implement it in primary teaching posts. This article will take four town middle school giving lessons in Mongolian in Horqin Youyi QianQi,Xingan Meng in Mongolian flag as the investigation point. We conducted a survey about the status of implementation of the new curriculum on history. And we put forward the problems and the advice to solve it.This article will be divided into three parts.The first is the implemented status of the new course on history in middle school giving lessons in Mongolian from four town in Horqin Youyi QianQi,Xingan Meng. The second is the existing problems and causes. The third is the recommendations to solve it. By questionnaires and interviews, we explore the students’ understanding about the new history curriculum, the teachers’ teaching philosophy and teaching behavior.And we also discuss about the situation of participating in the new curriculum, the attitude of the school history new courses and the problem and the advice of using history curriculum resources. We seek to reduce the resistance in the history of the new curriculum implementation, and provide the basis to improve the level of basic education and development of Mongolian.
