The integration of information technology and middle school mathematics curriculum is one of the most popular topic in21st century. With the rapid development of computer, the application of information technology in mathematics classroom has become an inevitable trend, but how can we make the integration more functional and effective is the most valuable issue. In this paper,we take the middle school students’ mathematical understanding as the emphasis, and from the point of promoting students’ mathematical understanding.Then,we try to analyze the measures of how can we effectively applied the information technology into the implementation of curriculum. At last, we should investigate the way that effectively applied information technology in middle school mathematics curriculum for the purpose of deepen students’understanding of knowledge.In this paper,the main contents are as follows:(1)Try to combing and summary the related between information technology integration and mathematical understanding. On this basis try to identify the three-level framework of students’ mathematical understanding:skills understanding, interpretative understanding and exploring understanding.In order to achieve the highest level-exploring understanding, we have cited some situations in the way that the application of information technology in the middle school mathematics curriculum, and we discussed from four areas of the junior school mathematics teaching content"Space and Shape","Number and Algebra","Statistics and Probability"and"practice". departure cited a specific instance of the class, and then explore the application of information technology in these areas, for the purpose of how to deepen students’ understanding of knowledge.(2)According to the analysis on the specific cases, how the Information Technology could be effectively used in the mathematics teaching in middle school has been given as below:①Excavate the availability of technology;②teachers to improve their IT literacy;③we should Implementation of an integrated and take students’experience background and level of thinking as a basis;④we need a collection of more excellent lesson to guide our teaching.
