The reason for the pursuit of educational fairness is that people’s right toeducation is viewed as a kind of civil rights in modern society and is protected by law.The realization of educational equality reflects under a certain social system theequalization and fairness of configuration state by national institutions on educationalresources, which is one of the important goals of educational modernization. However,the current educational injustices have frequently occurred and are embodied in thesetwo aspects: the uneven allocation of educational resources, the unequal educationalopportunities and the inequality of rights. This brings into question the reasonablenessof educational development among the general public, especially the question on thefairness of the existing educational system.The educational system is able to set a specific external mode in the field ofeducation, so that the education system can operate in a more stable order and toachieve specific educational goals-educational fairness. Therefore, the most powerfultool for the governance of injustice in the educational field is the educational system.The realization of contemporary educational fairness in China lies in the fact that therealistic choice must rely on institutional building. However, there are still immatureproblems, specifically speaking: the incompleteness of basic educational system, thelagging of educational control mechanism and the absence of educational guaranteemechanism, etc. These immature or defective aspects not only cause unfair orientationin current education system, but provide an opportunity for educational subjects’unfair behavior, making the construction of educational fairness heavily blocked.Therefore, China’s legislature, government and educational administrativedepartments should attach great importance to these injustices in the current field ofeducation and make in-depth analysis of institutional reasons behind such problems,and then make targeted selection and arrangement of education fair system, thusforming a complete framework of fair education system including allocationmechanism of educational resource, the compensation system of education, educationmanagement models, performance management mechanisms of education, theaccountability mechanisms of education unfairness, the oversight mechanisms ofeducation, the warning mechanism of educational injustice, educational laws andregulations system and the educational enforcement mechanisms. Such educationalactivities can effectively regulate the subject of education in the educational field and can urge them to actively practice the educational fairness in order to speed up thegoal of contemporary educational in China. The realization of equal access toeducation has practical significance in the educational development and makes thegeneral public to seek and feel the essence of educational equality in a fair educationalsystem.
