This article selects the Heilongjiang1971~200574to78stations five-Septemberprecipitation data, the six-August temperature material, months thunderstorms days, wind, on adaily basis, through daily snowfall data needed quantization process, basic data using informationdiffusion theory of Heilongjiang province respectively droughts, floods, chilling damage,thunderstorms, wind, blizzard disaster risk assessment and analysis, combining GIS technology toproduce risk division, risk figure. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:The high jump athlete’s body shape and physiological function is an important influence factor,sports level so, formulate scientific and reasonable evaluation index is the key material. Through2011and2012of Heilongjiang province juvenile Championship high jump athlete’s body shape andphysiological function of7indicators,3indicators were measured, the Heilongjiang ProvincialJunior High Jumpers in the body shape and physiological function of data, according to the statisticalresults of the formulation of Heilongjiang province juvenile athletes body shape and physiologicalfunction evaluation indicators, established in Heilongjiang Province young athletes body shape andphysiological function of material model. The juvenile athletes body shape and physiologicalfunction of evaluation index not only for the juvenile stage of Heilongjiang province high jumpathlete selection provides reference data, but also can promote the scientific system of juvenile highjumpers, material of Heilongjiang Province, which has guiding significance to the track and fieldprojects selection research.This study using literature method, survey method and mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods, taking Heilongjiang province12-17year-old young men and women high jumpersas the research object, the test results using the statistical software SPSS11.0statistical analysis ofthe data, using stepwise regression, factor analysis method of testing and classification of the bodyshape and physiological function of the index, and compares the selection criteria and nationaljuvenile high jumpers, finally get the following conclusions:(1) morphological characteristics ofbody in2011and2012in Heilongjiang province juvenile Championship high jump athletes from theheight, length, circumference, body weight and growth were analyzed, results show the weight of theplayers are generally low the overall weight, longer legs, high center of gravity, a uniform, consistentwith the requirements of high jump on body shape.(2) on physiological characteristics of youth high jump athletes in Heilongjiang province from the vital capacity, vital capacity/three body weight,heart function index were analyzed, results showed that athletes vital capacity/weight values in theupper level, individual groups and stage far exceed the national standard, the lung living large,well-developed respiratory system. The overall level of heart function index of athletes in110~160within the normal range, the male athletes heart rate generally higher, and focus.Athletes with genderdifferences in blood pressure.(3) the Heilongjiang Province youth high jump athletes body shapeand function index data and national standard were compared, results showed that youth high jumpathletes in Heilongjiang province Ktole index compliance rate was the highest, followed by lowerextremity length B/in height, average height,12~13years old male athletes and female athlete ofthe compliance rate is in50%above, in14~15years old stage compliance rate was only37%, in16~17age values are lower than the national standard; athletes of the vital capacity is higher than thenational standard, curve changes in average of three stages, with puberty, vital capacity growth rateis slower than the growth rate of body weight.(4) using the rating scale method to make theevaluation index of juvenile athletes body shape and function of Heilongjiang Province, withdispersion method for rating scale, the scale is set to high, fine, medium, lower and lower five levels,and provide reference for Heilongjiang Province young jumping athletes training material and highthe.
