365/24, a combination of numbers which means the whole working time to a media worker and to show how much pressure the media workers faced. Overload work brings overload pressure, which could possibly make people in the mental state of anxiety, depression and obsessiveness, causing psychological disease threating men’s health. This paper summarizes the typical stress status and psychological problems, and put forward solutions and suggestions from the macro, meso, and micro aspects from the interview and questionnaire of the Macau media workers abroad. The writer make an observation of the psychological problem through deep observation of Macau media workers’working and living status, analyzing the psychological problems. This research is to provide the group of people with care and help, and strive to analyze and solve psychological problems of Macau media workers abroad from an innovation angle of view. This paper takes the depth of the questionnaire survey, case interviews, observation and literature research method, analyzing the survey research.The performance of the psychological problems such as:poor tolerance, emotional problems; physical fatigue, physical deterioration, which lead to psychological imbalance. A small circle of friends; lack of confidence, no sense of security; lack of self-control, anxious, irritable, job burnout, losing passion and so on.The causes of psychological problems:1. The nature of media work include fast pace of life, heavy task, high intensity, high strength and tension, makes the most of the media workers lack of the necessary relaxation, as a direct result of the nerves and physical diseases.2. Working abroad is a fierce competition, which orientation and values are so different. As a growth under the socialist ideology, media workers need to continuously adjust and adapt themselves to the working environment. A new social environment change their way of thinking and working. Lack of confidence, anxiety and other negative emotions could easily come with poor tolerance and poor learning ability.3. Media workers have to update their knowledge to deal with all kinds of situation, otherwise they shall face difficulties. In addition, facing all kinds of negative news will make reporters tend to be nervous and they lack effective channels to ignore their anxiety.Solution:Make sure the migrant workers have legal protection, strengthen the execution of related laws and regulation. Make sure the organization of industry association functionable. Take advantage of social work method to solve the psychological problem. Encourage employers to supply psychological instruction to employees, improve the environment of the industry, popularize psychological health education. Migrant workers strengthen psychological health knowledge, actively participate in independent and mutual aid and other kinds of activities.Journalists try to spread hot news around the world at the first moment, while in the other hand audience know little about the reporters’ pyhiscal and psychological state. Such intensive workloads can easily cause pyhiscal and psychological disease which would possibly lead to cognitive bias. To media workers in HK or Macao, they have to endure much more competition and pressure comparing with those who get medical insurance, social insurance, and endowment insurance in mainland China. With all these psychological problems caused by different reasons, many migrant workers get serious psychological disease. The writer try to provide data and typical cases of the study in this area to improve their living condition.
