Online education for primary and secondary school teachers is an important way to promote their educational technological ability.Online discussion is one of the important learning activities for online education.E-moderaters participate in and e-moderate the online discussion is an important condition to promote discussion effect.This study based on the network training for the primary and secondary school teachers, focused on the design of led type online discussion activities, aimed to inspire e-moderaters to inspire their e-moderating consciousness and improve their e-moderating skills.In order to improve the practicability and pertinence of this paper,I select the network training for primary and secondary school teachers of educational technological ability, to explore the e-moderattion in online discussion activitie. this paper is on the basis of combing literature.Firstly,I define the concept of e-moderate and review all the related research. Secondly, with the aid of related theories and ideas, I create e-moderater’role and ability model, and a e-moderated type online discussion activities design model.Again, according to the five phases of the discussion,I designed the asynchronous typical e-moderating activities which is called the e-moderating time line and the asynchronous typical e-moderating activities; Finally,I improve and perfect the case in the online discussion and expert question modules from a perspective of e-moderation.I use the primary and secondary school teachers in zhejiang province education technology ability training network as an example,.E-moderating online discussion activities throughout the process of design and implementation. E-moderating alleviate the confusion of online learning.The design of online discussion is for e-moderaters’ online e-moderation.It is the guidelines of e-moderaters to provide operational e-moderation.In a word, the study helps counseling teachers to understand the importance of e-moderation.It is conducive to improve its e-moderating skills,It is of certain guiding significance for e-moderaters on online discussion. E-moderaters can see this study as a technical force and design the online discussion activities from the angle of e-moderating,to give full play to its role in e-moderating and navigating.lets the students learne knowledge and accumulate experience with the e-moderation.
