The students,as the subject of higher vocational colleges’ teaching activity,their learningpsychological status are the important factors affecting the teaching effect. At present,there isa lot of problems in the students’ learning process in higher vocational colleges,such asstudying weariness, inferiority, low learning motivation, low perceived academicself-efficacy,etc. But the current higher vocational psychological education mode couldn’tsolve the problems well. Therefore,this study introduced the positive psychology theory tohigher vocational students’ learning psychology research,and aimed to put forward highervocational students’ positive learning psychological training strategy and the specificmeasures to improve higher vocational students’ learning psychology,through understandingthe positive characteristics,problems and their influence factors of students’ learningpsychology in higher vocational colleges by questionnaire and half-open individual interviewbased on analyzing and induction of the relevant research results and related literature before.This paper contains six parts. Part one is the introduction,comprehensively expoundingthe background,purpose and significance of topic selection and ideas and methods of thestudy,and setting the starting point of the study work on related research summary. Part twois the characteristics of students’ learning psychology in higher vocational colleges,summingup the higher vocational students’ psychological characteristics,especially the positivecharacteristics,such as higher desire of knowledge and enterprising,rich learning emotion,higher academic self-efficacy than before,etc,through the statistical analysis of thequestionnaire survey data and finishing and induction of the interview material. Part three isabout the problems and their influence factors of higher vocational students’ learningpsychology,summing up the main problems like inappropriate learning motivation,lack oflearning strategy use,low psychological development level of students’ operation skillformation and lack of technology principles’ learning,and analyzing the external factors andinternal factors combined with research results,including social culture,family,school andpeer group’s influence,and students’ cognition of the learning process,emotion experience,learning will,learning basis,learning interest,learning ability and other factors. Part four isabout creat conditions of higher vocational students’ positive learning psychology. It analyzed theoretical conditions and actual conditions of putting forward the higher vocationalstudents’ positive learning psychology,and expounded the special connotation,training targetand intervention mechanism of higher vocational students’ positive learning psychology,combined with the reality of higher vocational colleges, based on analysis of thedisadvantages of problem solving under the traditional mode of higher vocational students’learning psychology. Part five is about the training strategy of higher vocational students’positive learning psychology,discussing how to train and improve higher vocational students’positive learning psychology from three aspects—Training environment,higher vocational colleges’education and students’ self-training,and summing up measures to improve motivation,learning strategy and perceived academic self-efficacy and methods to solve operation-skilllearning psychological problems and technology-principle learning psychological problems.Part six is the conclusion,discussing the main achievements and deficiencies,and theprospect of the study.The main innovation of this paper is to study on students’ learning psychology inindustry kind of higher vocational colleges from the angle of vocational education psychologyand learning psychology,with introducing the positive psychological theory to discuss thestrategy of students’ positive learning psychology in higher vocational colleges.
