Learning attitude is an important factor that can affect the learning effect oflearners, not only it can adjust the behavior of learners, but also it can mobilizeenthusiasm and initiative of learners. Evaluation methods have positive effect oncorrecting the learning attitude, but how to use the reasonable evaluation methods tocorrect learning attitude is still an issue to be studied. With the rapid development ofinformation technology, formative evaluation plays a more and more important role inthe teaching process, especially the influence of online formative assessment onbehavior of learners. Although task-based teaching in foreign language teaching hasbeen studied more in-depth, whether the introduction of task-based formativeevaluation for basic teaching can help to correct the attitude of learners still needs tobe studied. In the context of blended learning environment study, this thesis discussesthe influence of task-based formative evaluation on three aspects: namely, collegestudents’ learning attitude, behavioral tendencies, emotional experience. Our study notonly can improve the initiative of the learners in the learning process, but also cansupervise learners’ behavior and emotional attitude in the learning process, whichprovides a new way to conduct instructional design for teachers.Under the guidance of the theory of modern education evaluation, learningsupport services theory, and distance education interaction theory, this thesis designs atask-based formative evaluation program and applies it into the teaching process ofIntroduction to Educational Technology course. This evaluation program mainlyincludes the traditional classroom formative assessment and online formativeevaluation two parts. Online formative evaluation is mainly carried out in the coursemanagement system of Sakai. Based on the designed learning attitude evaluation andonline learning behavior evaluation indicators, this thesis uses questionnaires,interviews, and other methods to collect the data needed,and then we analysis andcollate the data. The thesis shows that the task-based formative evaluation has asigniifcant effect on the happening of autonomous learning behavior. Collaborativelearning behavior of learners can help learners to improve cognitive level and canincrease the emotional experience of the learner in the learning process.
