In recent years, China’s education and training industry development presents a flourishing:different scale of the education institutions have been founded as the spring bamboo shoots sprouted after rain. Some education training institutions practice in a big way; others stop business quietly. The same as you sing after I sing.With rapid growth of Education and training industry and improvement of customer (the god of the enterprise)cognition ability, service quality problems which reflect more prominently in Education and training industry have been hot topics. When customer decides to take part in training, it is equivalent to buy service products. The education enterprise must pay more attention to the quality of products and Students’learning ability and quality, if they want to have a healthy development. Therefore, the education service quality of enterprise’s not only restrict healthy development of Education and training industry, but also have long-term significance importance to each competitive enterprise in Education and training industry. Therefore, how to bring out management of service quality effectively and improve service quality practically in Education and training industry have been a strategic point to promote health and Long-term development of Education and training industry.This paper’s construction of the service quality management system which has service quality management related theory as theoretical basis combines with the practice of Education and training industry, aims at service main problems which have relationship to enterprise economic interests and haven’t been solved well existing in service quality management of Education and training industry, and then puts forward Tiancai education service quality management system according to the service quality formation of three stages. In order to ensure service quality management system to be effective, this paper puts forward the service quality management system implementation strategy from four aspects with the purpose of providing reference for education and training industry management work. Above all are based on related theories of service quality management.Firstly, have a detailed description on related theories of service quality management, describe the relevant theories of service quality service and the service quality connotation, then separately write the service quality management theory and education training service quality management connotation Put forward the view that the requirement of customers is the starting point of the service quality management, at the same time, put forward definition and connotation of service quality in Education and training industry clearly combining with the practice of Education and training industry,.Secondly, elaborated the present situation and the status of service quality in Education and training industry, and analyze the primal problems of service quality management in Education and training and the contradiction reason between education training enterprise and customers.Once again, learn from the advanced experience of service quality management in other education industry, Construct QINGDAO TIANCAI EDU service quality management system including service positioning management system, service management system and service evaluation and improve management system.Finally, illustrate the implementation of the service quality management system from the aspects of setting up the service consciousness of quality management, human resource management, organization structure and teaching process.
