Probe Into The Ideological And Political Education Of University Student Community Cultural Construction

As an important part of college community，cultural construction of “students’community” in college becomes a new issue which the experts study on. Collegestudents have two-thirds of the time living in the community. The importance ofcommunity college students not only because it is the student life venues, moreimportantly, the student community is the major part of the civilized campus and thesignificant spot for students to study, live and communicate, and it’s also a good placewhere the quality and ideological education can be effectively carried out. If the“students’ community” is not harmonious, there is no harmony Campus; the healthygrowth of college students will be a problem if the student community environment isnot good. So the “students’ community” become the new topics of the people research.“Thought is a guide to action,”“The idea is the core elements of the ideological andmoral”. Basic management is “Human Resources Management”, effective managementis system of tubes, the highest management is culture tube people. Community culturalconstruction of the college students how to achieve the purpose of educating people tobecome a major issue of the people can not be avoided. As an important carrier ofideological and political education, the university community building ignored thecultural construction of cultural accomplishment that will affect college students, andcommunity cultural construction are blind to the study of the ideological and culturalfunctions to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, throughcommunity building it will backfire.Therefore, to study the function of ideology and culture in the construction of theuniversity community culture oriented, to promote ideological and political courseimparting theoretical knowledge with the community spirit and cultural ambience ofpositive interaction, the play of the ideological and political education of the studentcommunity cultural functions further enhance the ideological and political effectivenessof education and improve the students’ ideological and political quality is veryimportant. This paper briefly the meaning of ideology and culture-oriented; ideologyand culture-oriented; through research, lack of the College community building four;shortcomings, Marxist theory, according to the ideological political pedagogy theory,combined with the knowledge of youth psychology, political science, sociology, andother disciplines to study cross-disciplinary approach,the proposed of eight constructionof the path, respectively, from the content and mechanisms.
