Direction of teachers’ professional development of teacher education, but also scholars pay close attention and research focus. Special education as an important part of the national education system, the object of education determines the specificity and particularity of the special education teacher professional career. Therefore, clarifying the meaning of the professional growth, build the professional growth indicators of teachers in school for developmentally challenged students, the professional growth direction and basis of teachers in school for developmentally challenged students, promote the training of Chilean education teacher professional development, researchers have proposed the basic motivation of this study to enhance China’s Pei-chi teaching quality.In this study, for example, a special experimental school for children, combined with the actual background of the experimental school. Take Individualized Educational Program theory as the main theoretical support, and implementation process for the spindle to the individualized education program.
