After entering into the21st century, the global development of highway, theeconomic transition and social transformation brought work lifestyle such as upsidedown. Enterprise employee pressure problem is accompanied by rapid economicdevelopment, and the problems of society for a long period of time. To solve thisproblem, related to the economic and social coordinated development. In the process ofenterprise development, social work can play an irreplaceable role. Employees in thework life, faced with work, interpersonal communication difficulties, family relationshipstress, and poor social adaptability problems, in addition, future career planning choicedilemma also nots allow to ignore. Corporate social work according to the theory ofdemand and social support network theory as a guide, adhere to win-win professionalvalues, using professional techniques and methods, fully excavate the potential ofemployees and advantage, to solve the employees work in all kinds of pressure problemshas very obvious advantage.In this paper, by adopting the combination of team work and case interviewsresearch methods, the enterprise social work theory both at home and abroad, on thebasis of needs theory and social support network theory as the guide, based on theemployee pressure problem facing a computer company in LiaoNing province socialwork intervention in the process of analysis and summary, make full use of the enterprisesocial work skills and methods, to further alleviate the pressure of the employees work,the enhancement enterprise employees interpersonal ability to adapt and promote theharmonious development of enterprises. Employee’s psychological attitude, attitude andbehavior change model, further play its potential, and eventually led to the staff’spersonal development and growth, get rid of a bad mood. Promote the social recognitionof social work, to further explore the enterprise social work indigenization,professionalization and specialization.
